AI Detective: Call for test readers

If you hadn’t already guessed from this image I posted a few months ago, my new project is a neo-noir mystery ebook about an AI Detective.

Fusing a classic noir tone from the likes of Chandler and Hammett with a world based on theories from Max Tegmark’s Life 3.0 (among others), the story sees the main character AID5241 investigating the first human homicide on Earth for 15 years, and questioning the nature of both humanity and AI as it tries to understand its own existence.

The current draft (about v3 or v4 – you lose track after a while and so many smaller changes!) is now with test readers for comments before I edit the final version. There’ s no release date planned as yet, but I’m aiming for late 2024 / early 2025 (hopefully before the AI singularity occurs and everything changes forever) - so fast readers would definitely be preferred!
